Rooted Reach
A Pinterest mini-course for founder-led service providers looking for a softer, simpler and more easeful way of sharing their work with the world, without compromising on the impact.
I think many of us
are exhausted
from social media.
The showing up, the filming, the writing captions that somehow need to be educational and entertaining and vulnerable and also sell something, all before lunch on a Tuesday, for an algorithm that will bury it by Thursday anyway.
And yet we keep going because we know just how much the work matters and because, well, where else would we share it? We tell ourselves we just haven't found the right system yet, that consistency is the answer, that if we just show up a little more reliably, it will eventually click into place.
Some of us have been telling ourselves that for years.
I hit that wall.
Gradually, then all at once. The long-form writing that had always come easily to me felt strangled in a ten-slide carousel. I had no interest in making videos, not because I have a “visibility problem”, but because I just don’t enjoy talking to a blank screen. I had no desire to grow followers to achieve an “influencer” status I never even wanted. I wanted to spend more time off my phone, which made creating on it feel increasingly like a contradiction I couldn't justify. So I stopped trying to force it and turned my full attention to something I'd always loved but had never taken seriously as a business tool.
Pinterest.
Pinterest was my redemption arc.
As soon as I de-centred social media from my strategy, something settled in me almost immediately. The process of making pins suited me in a way that content creation rarely had. There was no pressure to post on any particular day or to perform well in the first few hours. No need to refresh the feed, wondering if what I shared was landing. I could write in the way I actually write and put it somewhere that would hold it properly, not swallow it alive in twenty-four hours.
Which was a “nice-to-have”, but it also worked.
🌟 A pin I posted eighteen months ago still brings people to my work today.
🌟 My Substack, Podcast and blog traffic all spiked with people genuinely interested.
🌟 Enquiries came in whilst I was offline, enjoying my life.
🌟 My services booked up with people who truly understood how my work serves.
And I knew I had to share the knowledge I found with those who know their work deserves to be seen, without constant self-sacrifice.

INTRODUCING
The Pinterest Course For The Embodied Service Founder
For those who want their work to receive the recognition it deserves, without it requiring a constant performance to do so.
for the visionary founders who want to give their big ideas space to breathe & be seen.
Modules
Most of us are already suffering from a severe case of information overload. That’s why I’ve broken this into 3 simple steps that will leave you with pins posted by the end… without consuming hours of your previous time and energy (the intention is to increase that here).
-
How to create a first impression of what you do. Not in the way you’ve come to know doing that, though. Not through clickbait, hooks and controversial takes that grab attention. Through sensation. Through words that stop them in their tracks. Through breakthroughs that people didn’t even know they needed. Through the clearest capture of your work that people see their own reflection in.
-
Templates for you to fill and prompts for you to fill in to create your first pins now. This is the ideas to ideation part of the process that ensures you are ready to post. And not through needing to sit and create for hours on end, either. But from looking into the words you already have, the expressions that are already alive. Plus, an approach to be able to do this again and again and again without it consuming you.
-
Then we post together. We walk through step by step and post, plus plan for future posting. This is the part where “post on Pinterest” actually gets ticked off of your to-do list and fulfils its potential as the greatest marketing strategy your business has ever had. We will also dive into tracking what’s working so you can hone your efforts and decrease your output.
What the course is designed to bring to life
✴
Your first pins, made ~
not as a homework assignment you'll avoid for three weeks, but inside the course itself. You'll leave with real pins, built from words you already have and expressions that are already alive in your work, no staring at a blank page, or forcing ideas that don't fit.
✴
Pins designed to impact
I’m not just telling you to post without purpose. With my background in marketing psychology, I help you tap into what scrollers want to see, so they actually stop to soak up your shares… and click through to get more of where that came from. This is intentional posting that does the heavy advertising lifting for you.
✴
A repeatable process that doesn't consume you ~
the content hamster wheel, gone, replaced by something that compounds. Something that gets more effective over time rather than demanding more from you. Plus, an approach you can return to again and again without it becoming another thing that drains you. Simple enough to be sustainable. Specific enough to actually work.
✴
Receiving the recognition your work deserves
you can say goodbye to writing incredible work only for the algorithm to swallow it whole, or for people to be too deep in a doom-scroll to pay attention. This is marketing to an audience ready to receive.

The secret behind my 30-minute per week pinning is reliant on this process - and I break it down for you to keep this strategy as simple as possible.
Get pinning in the time it takes for you to finish a cuppa
My intention with this course is that it won’t be another purchase that sits in your inbox. It’s designed for you to make yourself a cuppa, sit and understand, then create in a way that removes every single piece of overwhelm that fuels your Pinterest procrastination. Together we will understand the purpose of our pins, use the templates to translate our work into them and then follow the step-by-step to SEO optimise them and hit “post”. Plus, I’ll also walk you through how to spend just 30-minutes a week on Pinterest going forward.
This isn’t just a “how-to post” on Pinterest course, though.
My background is in marketing psychology and that is woven into everything I do because it’s necessary. This is designed for those whose work is deeply embodied and of genuine service, and for those who are open to being seen in their expression of it. Pinterest can serve as an exhale for service providers, but it’s not a magic pill to swallow. It’s here to help the work you’ve poured yourself into receive the reach it deserves.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
This is designed to have you with a pin posted in around the hour mark. You don’t need to study it for weeks (although you can certainly keep exploring it), instead it’s designed to sit down with a cuppa and be ready to go by the time you’ve reached the bottom of it.
-
No! This course is specifically for service providers.
-
Yes, we walk through creating your very first pin together and we SEO optimise it. Please note, I don’t go into the entire functionality of Pinterest, though. I teach you pins and boards only because I don’t want to create even more platform overwhelm (and I don’t need to for it to work).
-
Nope! I’m not a specialist in that. You can click “promote” on the pins we create together, but I don’t help tailor them.

No! I don’t believe any course can. The quality of your pins and reach is dependent on what you’re filling them with. If you feel like your marketing messaging needs more support before you share it, explore my 1:2:1 options here.
