The Muse’s Moment
the sanctuary for founders, pracitioners and facilitators ready for their best ideas to stop being a best-kept secret.
where
“I used to love creating”
returns to the present tense, where it belongs.
It all feels noisy, doesn’t it?
If you are anything like me, then you used to love writing, telling stories and sharing what felt alive within you for the world to see. But somewhere along the way, the “shoulds” put your creativity in a cage long enough that it forgot how to spread its wings. The louder the knowledge noise got, the quieter your creative intuition became, until you forgot how to recognise its cries altogether. Eventually, your pursuit of a better performance prohibited you from being able to perform at all.
So you sit on a body of work that the world would be changed by, unsure of how to capture the magnitude of the mission that lives inside you and everyone who has already come into contact with it.
Until you find this space.
your best ideas don’t need to be streamlined into a strategy,
they need to take up space.
something special happens when you give your creativity what it craves….
Space where nothing is expected of it and it can finally flow with child-like awe again

a deeper connection to yourself and the earth that holds you to generate the kind of life-force energy that makes your creations feel as alive as you do
a step back from the rigidity of routine to think a little bigger and believe a little more so those ideas lost in your notes actually get the consideration they deserve
A community of people who really see you and create the tribe-like support that the most rooted confidence is born from
This isn’t the space where you…
Write X pieces of content, or come away with a new streamlined system for success. It’s where you remember what it feels like to feel creatively alive again. Where you charge up that creative energy with a battery built to last. Where you rediscover the joy of creating for creation’s sake.
& in doing so, you form the kind of expressions that change the way people think, that create space for the sensations they’ve stifled, where you feel so unapologetically expressed, that you inevitably invite your tribe to the table.
The muse needs muses.
It needs conversations where you say “thank fuck it’s not just me”, or “I’ve never thought of it that way before”
It needs the kind of curiosity that comes from witnessing the way others work in the world with your own eyes, not a static, soulless client avatar.
It needs the kind of inspiration that is found in the moments where energy collides and collectively charges.
It needs deep-bellied laughter, hogs that hold a little longer and stories that start a spark.

The Muse’s Moment
Nothing extinguishes creative fire faster than a "should", pressure to perform or a suffocating strategy. & that's why we leave all that at the door here.
The truth is, you all already hold all of the best ideas when it comes to sharing your work with the world. They exist in the everyday moments, conversations, rituals and nature.& that's exactly what the retreat is designed to turn up the volume on.
It's not a "business retreat" designed to achieve specific outcomes in certain timeframes. It' a space for your creative energy to simply breathe and arrive in the space we tend to fill in our everyday lives.
It's where you reconnect to the power of your voice and remember that you already know what to say when it comes to expressing your work.
& you do so with supportive souls ready to hold the conversations creativity craves that came from, your spots sell themselves.
the space to land
I spent years travelling the world, convinced I'd never find anywhere I wanted to land. Then I arrived at the Cornish waters and something in me settled. My shoulders softened. My breath deepened. My heart opened. And for the first time, I felt this whisper of "home". When planning this retreat, I realised that of all the exotic locations in the world I could choose from, Cornwall felt like the most resonant. I've experienced some of the greatest transformations of my life here... and I trust its energy will offer you what you need.
As a Libra, with a sacral authority, I had two compasses guiding me in location: the visuals and the gut reaction I had to the place. When I came across Highcliffe, it was a "full-body yes". Nestled on the Northern shores, it's the perfect hideaway for a homecoming.
Meet the creator
Marketer / Writer / Yoga Teacher
My business was booked out, on track for 6 figures in 6 months, when I decided to hit the brakes on it. Not because anything was drastically wrong. But because even though I was doing everything "right", my soul was calling for more. I've spent my entire career in marketing as a strategist and whilst I've always loved what I do, the creativity that is woven through every inch of my astrological chart was begging for me to loosen the grip.
A true cliché, I packed my bags and flew to Bali in an attempt to disconnect to reconnect and it felt like a homecoming. To the power of my voice. To the impact of my work. To the current of my creativity. To the clarity for creation. To the community around me. I knew I had to facilitate this space for others... and so The Muse’s Moment was born.
this isn’t a place to learn.
but to remember.
That you hold all of the secrets to success. That you are not here to force. To strive. To squeeze your creativity into something smaller than it was meant to be.
That you are here to create, to share, to move people~
not from strategy, but from something deeper. Something truer. Something more natural. Something resonant.
& also
To connect with a community of souls also walking their own path in a world that tries to keep them on the straight and narrow. To be in spaces where you can feel seen in exactly who you are and not who you feel you "should" be. To find deep connection in a world that seems to be becoming more and more disconnected.
Because we were never supposed to walk this path alone.

As a foodie, I find food one of the most wonderful creative expression in existence. So, when I was looking for a chef to feed us, I wanted that to be reflected in their creations. That’s when I found Naughty Nonna’s, who create some of the most beautiful feasting experiences I’ve seen. Because we aren’t here to detox. I won’t be stealing the solace of your morning coffee from you (I’ve been on many retreats were that was the protocol and not on my watch). You’ll be filled to the brim with goodness (catered to all dietary requirements) and seriously satisfied from your tastebuds to your sensory stimulations.
-
Room options vary. There are double rooms, or twins available. You can bunk up with a friend, or if you are coming solo, you’ll be paired with one of our other lovely guests!

Creativity needs space and this retreat is deliberately designed to enhance that. There will be morning yoga flows, creative workshops and pop-up marketing sessions, all balanced with time for you to get lost in a blank page, canvas or a book.
