Will I get to keep my notion board forever?Yes! Your board is sent to you to keep forever, customise and change as much as you like.

Will this be able to help me with my offerings?The aim of the intensive is to go deep into your offering to capture its essence/impact. This session is designed to address marketing the offering, rather than the logistics of it. For this reason, it's best if you have a solid offering in place. However, quite often clients realise that they could be having more impact and make some changes to their offering. So come open!

Will I get support beyond this call?For a week post call you will have email support from me to look over any creations, answer questions or explore topics a little further. You also have the option to book in for monthly check ins with me at an extra cost.

I haven't started my business, will this help me?It depends! If you know what you are offering, then this can be a great way to map out your marketing ahead of launching. If you just have ideas and want to explore them further, then a business strategist may be a better fit for you.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

What If I Need Extra Support?You can book an audit with me to dive into what you have done in Mirrored Marketing to dial up it's impact OR you can book for a month intensive where I do things WITH you.

How Long Will This Take to Complete?I go into detail about timeframes in the program, but essentially it depends on where you are at in business, what you are releasing and who your audience is. Established businesses with regular customers may want to dedicate a week to each phase, those brand new may want to craft out a month for each. This program will guide you on knowing what is best for your business as opposed to giving you prescriptive timelines of things.

Can It Just Be Used Once?Nope! This can be used for anything you create. You can simply duplicate the templates and start again when you have a different offering/service to market.

Do I Need To Have Decided My Offering?This program is designed to sell a service, but if you haven't decided exactly on what to create you may actually find the tasks and activations within it create clarity on what to offer. To maximise impact it would be good to have a rough idea though!

Is This Just For Services, Or Can It Work For Products Too?It works for both! You can either do this focused on you as a founder and the service you provide, or you as a company and the product you sell.

Can I Change My Mind Once I Purchase?If you change your mind within 14 days you are entitled to a full refund - but you cannot have downloaded the program.
